Your title is asking if the merryweather base is the only location that the cargobob spawns. I should had done more research it seems. Don't know why they would say that if it's not consistent, that makes it pretty worthless. The Pro's for buying this warehouse was accordingly to this some reddit poster and youtuber that I could always get a free cargobob next door for delivering vehicles. I'm a pretty new player, I had no idea that vehicles wouldn't spawn consistently. I don't see why that is so hard to comprehend from what I've said. The traintracks doesn't go as far as I thought up north, without having to go through long narrow tunnels, where it's a gamble if you get hit by a train lol.
I'm kinda already regretting my purchase though. It seemed like a good idea to have it there, where I can buy drug business right beside eachother, and it's right beside the traintracks, wich should be good for delivering cars undamaged. So I bought the vehicle warehouse at Elysian Islands. My main focus was finding a vehicle warehouse that was great for playing alone, and that was close to other businesses. I followed this guide to buy a vehicle warehouse,, and some other youtube videos reccommended it as well.
